Rustic Wedding Decor
It's finally summer any you know what that means...outdoor weddings. Destinations and beaches, people are looking for one of a kind places for their special day. We're seeing a trend toward outdoor weddings in natural spaces, barns, and tents with rustic elements. There are so many ideas out there for decorating for a rustic wedding. Check out a couple of these tips inspired by rustic interiors.
I love tile like some women love shoes or jewelry, and there are some great tiles out there. Some of my favorite tiles coming out are concrete. So here's a really simple DIY project, that you can do with your wedding party, create your own cement tiles for candlescaping or floral centerpices. After the wedding they can make it into your back yard as stepping stones.
Hanging terrariums with air plants and succulents can be seen in more and more magazine spreads of interiors. Why not take a tip and put your spin on it? What about a living ceiling instead of a living wall. How about a hanging lantern with LED string lights and moss. Natural elements can add to an already beautiful setting.
Wood partitions can be created for temporary installations. Pallets are so plentiful these days, and with a simple transformation they can create the perfect backdrop for photos or for saying your vows. Add a soft touch with hanging plants or fabric. Reconstruct pallets with smaller gaps and back light them for a magical ethereal look.
